• Square Foot Studios maintains no responsibility for any reproduction or facsimile of floor plans
• Patios, decks, outbuildings and detached garages are included in totals for billing purposes
• Floor plans emailed in PDF format

BOMA Standards

Square Foot Studios’ floor plans are calculated according to BOMA standards, the only floor measurement method for commercial real estate approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI). These same standards are applied to commercial and residential buildings.
